Thomas Loch
Thomas Loch has over 35 years of finance and resource expertise garnered in advising a wide variety of clients in growing their business with the view to adding value for their shareholders.

Creating value for his clients has been the driving force behind Thomas' M&A practice and he has translated these skills into running both private and public oil and gas companies identifying unique opportunities overlooked by others.

Creating value requires a strong technical and management team with the necessary diligence and keen focus on strategic objectives that also understands how to minimize risk through a combination of hard work, good timing and a little bit of self-made luck!

Alfred Fischer
Mr. Fischer has over 50 years of experience in the management and operations of public and private companies.
He served as CEO for multiple companies and as executive management advisor to several companies after retirement.
Serial entrepreneur leading several teams through the start-up phase
Current position is senior advisor to 4 companies and currently active director on 4 companies.
In his long industry tenure, he has been and involved in a number of businesses on an executive and technical level, besides oil and gas, in areas of fuel technology, bitumen solidification, manufacturing, electric power generation and renewable energies.
